Identify
Productions upload their current cut. A visual fingerprint finds the archive footage used, even if it has been partially cropped, scaled or colour graded.
In development
ArchiveID identifies archive footage in the edit and provides timecodes, rights and licensing information straight from the archives.

We love historical footage and the films it shapes. But we also know the effort behind it: matching edit lists, typing up timecodes, rights questions, licence fees. We want to establish an interface between archives and productions that makes working together easier for everyone, so that more time is left for the love of the material.
Productions upload their current cut. A visual fingerprint finds the archive footage used, even if it has been partially cropped, scaled or colour graded.
For every sequence there are timecodes, scope of rights and licensing details from the respective archive's database. A direct link to licensing is possible.
Archives make their material easier to find while staying in full control of their collections. The more archives and productions take part, the easier it gets for everyone.
Real archive footage should be easier to use than artificially generated images. That is why we are building ArchiveID.
